Careforce Recruitment does not charge candidates for registration or placement.
Your CV and any additional information provided to us will be saved on our database.
You understand that certain background checks including criminal clearance will be taken at a point in our process and by accepting these terms, you are granting us permission to do so.
By providing reference information you are giving us permission to contact these company’s in order to verify your employment history and conduct a reference check.
Prior to submitting your CV to a client, the position will be discussed with you either in person or telephonically. Your CV and any additional information provided will not be sent out to our client companies without your verbal permission.
Introduction to a client is confidential and you may not share the details of the client or the vacancy with other parties.
You may not contact our clients directly whether or not you have met them in person through an introduction. Once introduced to a client, you may not accept an offer of employment directly without informing us.
Please note that an offer of employment extended by any one of our clients is subject to the satisfactory outcome of all background checks. Should the results of these checks only be returned once the offer has been signed, the client may at their discretion withdraw the offer and you will be notified in writing.

General Declaration

In exchange for the consideration of my job application, I hereby declare and agree that:

I have no criminal record or a bad credit rating
Neither the acceptance of this application nor any subsequent interview, either for the position applied for or any other position, and regardless of the contents of information provided to you shall serve to create an actual or implied expectation of an offer of employment
I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application. I understand that the misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal at any time without any previous notice
I hereby authorize any person, educational institution, or company I have listed as a reference or otherwise referred to in my employment application and/or CV to disclose in good faith any information they may have regarding my qualifications and suitability for employment. I will hold the Company, any former employers, educational institutions, and any other persons giving references free of liability for the exchange of this information and any other reasonable and necessary information incident to the employment process including credit checks and criminal record checks. I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the above-mentioned information being released to the Company. The purpose of such release is to confirm certain particulars contained in my application for employment.

I hereby declare and agree that:

I have read and understood the Company’s POPI Policy. As such, I hereby authorize the Company to review and process any personal information I provide during our business interactions.
Furthermore, I confirm that the Company may retain my personal information in their database for current and future business and/or marketing interactions
Lastly, I confirm that the information I have provided is my own, and it is true, correct, and up to date
