We are recruiting qualified professionals with experience in the assessment and treatment of communication problems and speech disorders. You must be a dedicated, compassionate team player who strives to deliver excellent care at all times.
The available positions are potential sponsorship vacancies and are based across the UK at various locations. The roles are categorised into children, younger and older people with an emphasis on evidence-based therapy, innovation in treatment and diverse pathways in career growth and opportunity.
You do not need to have a British Passport or the right to work in the UK as this profession is entitled to a VISA which the employer will assist you to obtain.
In these roles you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitation programmes to patients that are recovering from a range of conditions affecting their communication in a group or on an individual treatment basis. You will be involved in creating communication tools for patients and using therapy software and augmentative communication devices. You will also be required to complete related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Appropriate recognised tertiary qualification and the ability to produce the certificate
- You must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Speech and Language Therapist or similar role
- You must be able to manage your own administration and programme coordination
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- The physical capability to manage patients in your care as well as equipment needed
- Be willing to obtain professional registration in the UK
- Willingness to relocate within the next 12 months
On offer:
As a benchmark, the annual salary package will be between £30 – 34 000 per annum before tax for a skilled, experienced professional and less for an entry-level candidate. There is VISA assistance and certain relocation expense reimbursement for successful candidates.
